Preamble

WHEREAS Antria Newsome operates the website at npd4he-f2.myshopify.com and provides products and services to the public through it;

WHEREAS United States law and prudent commercial practice require the disclosure of certain legal information to visitors and customers;

NOW, THEREFORE, the following Legal Notice shall apply to every visit to and every transaction through the Store:

6.1 The Merchant shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and prices. 6.2 Where an error is identified, the Merchant reserves the right to:

• (b) cancel any Order placed under a manifestly erroneous price;
• (c) issue a full refund where such an Order has already been paid.

Section VII — Acceptable Use

7.1 The Customer agrees not to:

• (a) use the Store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• (b) compromise the security of the Store or its users;
• (c) transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• (d) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written permission.

• (a) the Customer's misuse of the Store;
• (b) the Customer's breach of this Notice;
• (c) the Customer's infringement of any third-party right.

Section X — Severability

10.1 In the event that any provision of this Notice is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Section XI — Amendments

11.1 The Merchant reserves the right to amend this Notice at any time. 11.2 Amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication. 11.3 The "Last updated" date below shall identify the current version.
